We have started the reservation of apartments in the “Merks mājas” project in Lucavsala, which is located a short walk away from the Lucavsala recreation park, popular with Riga residents. The project is especially suitable for people looking for a comfortable environment with excellent transport accessibility and organized infrastructure.

Apartments

The plans of the apartments are rational and functionally thought out, without redundant, unusable areas. The living rooms of the apartments have comfortable work areas and, in addition to comfort, these building have an increased sound insulation. The apartments on the 1st floor have spacious terraces, and the ceiling of the living rooms are 3.50 m high. Apartments on the 2nd to 5th floor have balconies. Meanwhile, the apartments on the 6th to 9th floor will have loggias with glass railings that will protect from the wind and open up a charming view of Riga.
